ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE

This committee controls all issues contained in:  Article V of the Revised Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. Any proposed new construction or addition or change to an existing structure must adhere to the Architectural Guidelines. Written approval signed by one member of the Committee and one member of the Board is required before work may commence.

This committee is responsible for ensuring that the external design and location of planned new construction, additions or changes to existing structures, changes to the natural environment, or any alteration of owned lots or common area is harmonious to existing structures and topography. This committee is appointed by the Board of Directors and may act on architectural applications in lieu of Board action.

Association members who are contemplating new construction, additions or changes to existing structures, changes to the natural environment, or any alteration of owned lots or common area must complete an Architectural Application and submit it to the association or any Architectural Committee member for consideration prior to commencing planned work.

During fiscal year 2016 / 2017, the following applications were reviewed and approved (Note – the Board of Directors took action on all of the following applications):

  • Jeramie and Kristen Swanson                  Replacement of siding, roof and partial deck replacement
  • Terry Thompson and Allen Braaten         Replacement of asphalt sidewalks with concrete sidewalks
  • Don and Barb Flolo                                   Fence evergreens and flowers, and landscape
  • Lynn and Mary Jordheim                         Partial re-landscape to improve drainage, care and appeal
  • Monte and Tina Struck                             Screen enclose deck on west side of home
  • Chuck and Pat Thompson                        Expand deck on west side of home
